Our Facility

We have desks, rolling chairs, folding tables, furniture, and a wall of mirrors to facilitate your ideas. In one of the movies we shot, we set up this air-conditioned space as many different things: an office, a classroom, backstage at a club and a dilapidated apartment. We can accommodate an individual who needs privacy with bathrooms or if you get too dirty, we’ve got a shower, a mop sink , a washer and dryer and refrigerators.

Most musicians bring their own equipment to NervLab, however, in case you forgot a cord, guitar, bass or drums, keyboard, a saxophone or a trumpet, just about anything you can imagine, we most likely have it. Technicians are not included, but we do know some.

Our 16’ peaked, insulated metal building includes 4, 12’x12’ roll-up dock doors allowing drive-in, walk-in or dock-high load ramp with our forklift and dock plate for a 53’ tractor -trailer with heavy cargo. We have steel warehouse shelves, ladders, static, or rolling work tables and shop fans. We also have an array of common hand tools.

Nervlab collects stores and recycles/repurposes scenery, furniture, softgoods, building materials…with a limitless vision of what it could be. We gather items from television shows, movie sets, estate sales, garage sales. We do light hauling of local donations, general home and office organization, yard maintenance for home or businesses, elderly home care upgrades, trailer rentals, and movie prop rentals. We even clean up afterwards.

There is a smooth 14’ concrete slab around two sides of the 5,000 sq.ft. building. The back has a rock deck to relax on and several acres of grass with gravel parking for cars or trailers and steel shelves outside for weather-friendly packages or goods.



We can clear the ground floor, a 5,000 sq.ft. interior, plus second floor rooms (2, 20’x16’ spaces) overlooking the warehouse. We also have outdoor acreage including 164’x14’ concrete wraparound slab, a rock rear country-view terrace, plus gravel parking lot for 15+ cars. Ladies’ and mens’ rooms can accommodate a promotional gathering. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, stand-up shower, two refrigerators and a kitchen sink. It’s all located just east of I-35 off the Ronald Regan exit (271) in Jarrell, just north of Austin, Texas.
